More subtraction

This is starting to get fun. I need hours with this stuff. Here's a few more tryouts:
The pencil sketches here originate from the 'e' up top. I thought that was interesting what happened there.

As my good friend Josh suggested, why not delete a thin from a black as a kind of subtraction... so I did.

This one involves taking the front part of the letter and shoving it back into the rear of the character.

I like this one. I've subtracted the right most upright from each letter.
